No, it can't be supported now. However, you can get another WiiM Mini and use them as the multiroom group with your bluetooth speaker and amplifier.

Does it dowsample the song from 192 to 96 or does it ask for 96kHz version looking at MPD manifest delivered?
If the Mini's Toslink has been limited to 96kHz, we would not downsample the song from 192kHz to 96kHz, we will choose the 96kHz music to play directily.
