Problem

Some users may experience difficulties connecting WiiM devices wirelessly to the Sagemcom RAC2V1S router. This issue may appear as an inability for your phone or other control devices to discover or communicate with the WiiM device.

Please note that this is not specific to WiiM devices. Similar connectivity issues have been reported with other network-dependent products, such as Sonos, Apple HomePod, and Google Home, when used with this router model.

Solution

To ensure a stable and reliable connection, we recommend using a wired Ethernet connection. Connect your WiiM device directly to the Sagemcom RAC2V1S router using an Ethernet cable.
