Once your WiiM device is linked to your Amazon account, you're all set to stream music in high fidelity. Experience gapless playback of Hi-Res audio, up to 192 kHz/24-bits, from the Amazon Music App to your WiiM device using Amazon Music Casting.

How to Set Up Amazon Music Casting:

1. Link Your Amazon Account in the WiiM Home App

    - Launch the WiiM Home app.

    - Navigate to 'Browse' and select 'Amazon Alexa'.

    - Sign in with your Amazon account. *Important*: Ensure this Amazon account is the same one you use with Amazon Music.

2. Activate Amazon Music Casting

    - Open the Amazon Music App.

    - In the Playing UI, find and tap the Amazon Music Casting icon.

    - Verify if the WiiM device appears under 'Select a Device to Play Music'.

3. Troubleshooting

    - If the WiiM device isn't visible right away, wait a few minutes. Amazon Music may need time to detect new devices.

    - To access Amazon Music HD/Unlimited, go to the 'Browse' tab in the WiiM Home app. Select 'Amazon Music' and tap the settings icon in the top right corner to enable Amazon Music HD/Unlimited HD.

Follow these simple steps, and you'll be ready to enjoy seamless high-resolution audio streaming on your WiiM device.

Note:

1. Autoplay doesn’t work when casting from the Amazon Music app to any device, including WiiM. However, Alexa supports autoplay, so consider enabling autoplay through verbal requests via Alexa.

2. If you still can't see your device on Amazon Music app, the issue maybe caused by the different location of the store.
